Booking & Cancellation Policy.
All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the time reserved for your session.
1. Standard Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms
The refund or credit provided depends entirely on the timing of your cancellation notice:
More than 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you will receive a Full Refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule between 24 and 48 hours before your session, you will receive a Full Session Credit for the amount paid. This credit is usable for any future session booked within 90 days. No cash refund is issued for cancellations in this window.
Less than 24 hours notice or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend (No-Show), the full session fee is forfeited. No Refund or Credit will be issued, as the slot cannot be reasonably filled.
How to Notify: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (via the booking page or email at jess@ravenloves.com). The time stamp on your written request determines the applicable policy.
2. Emergency Exception Policy (Less Than 24 Hours)
We understand that unexpected and serious emergencies occur. To provide a professional courtesy, each client is granted a limited one-time exception:
One (1) Emergency Exception: Each client is permitted one use of this policy for a cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice for the lifetime of their account with us.
Credit Issued: When this exception is used, the client will receive a full Session Credit (usable within 90 days) instead of forfeiting the fee. No cash refund is issued.
After Exception Use: Any subsequent cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee (No Refund/No Credit).
3. Provider Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule immediately at your earliest convenience.
